The Data and analytics team serves our clients from across industries in Luxembourg and beyond. The trainee's main role will be to support PwC's Digital Intelligence Data Analytics offering for our clients.
As a Social Media Data Analyst trainee (m / f), you will :
provide support in account management and customer support for digital intelligence needs;
support teams on social listening measures and filters to define objectives and set deliverables for standard and custom reports;
implement social analysis (brand, market analyses, trends, media coverage) and interpret data from social listening tools (volume, sentiment, conversation drivers, influencers, etc.);
create reporting deliverable for different formats to transform data into a clear story and visualize findings legibly using charts, tables and infographics;
take initiative on refinement of query parameter setup to ensure accurate and insightful mention analysis is available to report on by the end of the reporting period;
provide actionable insights based on concrete data, inform content decisions for CEO's and CMO's activities and advise on actions to take from optimizations stand point;
setup social listening tool including keywords, query parameters and dashboards;
contribute into innovation projects and proof of concepts;
work with key resources within PwC Luxembourg and across the global PwC network;
contribute to grow capabilities and assess emerging trends in Customer Insights, Analytics and Visualization tools.
You hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Economics, Computer Science, Information technology, Mathematics or Statistics;
You have a first professional experience pulling data from social media listening / analytics tools;
You have a strong familiarity and understanding of social media platforms from a business perspective;
You are familiar with MS Office Suite and with Tableau, Qlikview;
You have an excellent command of English and French;
You are able to synthesize information and to produce insightful and accurate recommendations;
You are highly organised, details oriented, and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously;
You have a strong sense of responsibility, a proactive attitude and you are a self-starter;
You feel comfortable presenting insights to a variety of audiences.
