About the job

As a BPM professional within the IT / IS & SAPAdvisory team, you will be involved in IT / BPM project presales, lead programsand projects for industry, private & public sectors clients.

This willinclude definition of new business process, process improvement andre-engineering in diverse industries, as well as full lifecycle implementationof BPM IT systems going from business requirements definition, design,configuration, development, testing and deployment to the end users.

You willbe responsible for defining and managing the scope, assigning and schedulingresources and delivering program plan, objectives and milestones for companyprojects / programs, including communication to all Stakeholders.

About you

First and foremost you will have to be team oriented.We are a small cohesive team and we’re looking to work with someone who excelsas a team player, and not a lone wolf.

You also need to be good in handlingyour contacts, kind but determined at the same time, and understand theimportance of good professional relationships, both internally and externally.

You have previously worked on the implementation oflarge-scale business process re-engineering projects, performing analysis,process design / re-

engineering, development, integration and implementation ofsystem improvement.

You are able to effectively communicate and influencepartners across companies and across multiple levels of organizations.

Stronganalytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to a dynamicagile environment are essential to succeeding in this role.

You must displaystrong leadership skills and be able to drive and motivate a team in deliveringflawless execution of process improvement projects

We will help you to increase your performance through internal andexternal training opportunities (BPM tools, SAP certifications, etc.).

You will evolve in being resistant to stress, always looking to go theextra mile providing an exceptional user experience for both your internal andexternal stakeholders.


  • Minimum10 years of work experience, from which 7-9 years of experience as aconsultant, project manager and solution architect
  • Initialexperience in the industry, private sectorExperiencedwith application packages, strong integration dimensions
  • Businessprocess minded, experienced with several usages of BPM approach (IT, risks,etc.)
  • Willingto support delivery with strong client relationship skills
  • Solidexperience in managing projects
  • Provenability to lead, coach, motivate and develop staff
  • Strongexperience in issue and conflict resolution
  • Strongcritical thinking skills and attention to detail
  • Strongcommunication skills (both written & verbal) with ability to interact withall levels of organizations
  • Experiencein supporting all aspects of client on boarding from pre-sales to stabilizationand continuous improvements
  • Alignedwith expectations from a Big 4
  • You arefluent in English. French and / or German would be preferable with any other languagebeing an advantage.
