We Offer

We are looking for a senior broker / courtier for life insurance solutions for Credit Suisse (Luxembourg) S.A.. The ideal candidate has several years experiences in the life insurance industry and is knowledgeable as regards life insurance products in particular for French residents and knows most of the insurance providers in the market.

Ideally the candidate has worked for an insurance company, for the insurance department of a bank or for a reputable insurance brokerage firm.

The professional will be based in Luxembourg (and has to be resident in Luxembourg). The job is aimed to further develop and grow the existing life insurance business.

This involves taking ownership along all the internal processes, meeting and advising prospect, liaising with Relationship Manager, wealth planner, following up insurance companies and acting as general point of contact for insurance related topics etc.

We are looking for a candidate who is already very familiar with the life insurance brokerage business. Willingness to travel on a regular, weekly basis is assumed.

The position includes the following responsibilities :

  • Overlooking and handling of insurance / brokerage processes (KYC completion, application handling, archiving, pipeline management)
  • Meeting and advising prospects, support RMs in insurance driven topics
  • Liaising with RMs to sort out open questions in conjunction with the client’s KYC etc.
  • Travelling on a regular basis
  • You Offer

  • University Degree with an analytical mind
  • Minimum of 7 years of Life Insurance Product experience with a Private Bank, reputable Brokerage Firm or an Insurance Company (in France preferably)
  • Deep knowledge of Life Insurance products offered by Luxembourg-based life insurance companies within the context of the Freedom-
  • to-Provide-Services Provision

  • Must be fluent in French, English a 3rd language would be a plus (Spanish, Italian or German)
  • Solid understanding of operational processes within a Bank, Broker, Insurance company
  • Sound understanding of regulatory and industry relevant developments
  • Very good communication & stakeholder management skill
  • Motivated, sales and service oriented and flexible character with strong interest for life insurance products
  • Advanced MS Office skills
