As a result of the continuous increase of our activities, we are seeking for Luxembourg a :

for Corporate and Fund Services

  • Within a dynamic team, you will be the initial point of contact of our future clients;
  • You will be in charge of the daily coordination between our future clients, the different teams of our company, the lawyers, the notaries and the banks;
  • You will draft and negotiate with our future clients our fee proposals as well as our services agreements;
  • You will be in charge of collecting the KYC information required by our Compliance team and will also liaise with the banks in relation to the account opening process;
  • You will present the files to the Client Acceptance Committee;
  • You will work closely with the Management and will report on the needs and demands of clients.

    You will contribute in finding day-to-day and strategic solutions to serve our clients in the best possible way.

  • You hold a diploma in law, economics, or management;
  • Ideally, you have a professional experience of at least 5 years in a similar position, but an experienced Fund / corporate specialist with client skills will be considered as well;
  • You are fluent in English and have at least basic knowledge in French. German would be an advantage;
  • You possess relationship and communication skills enabling you to evolve in a team and are capable and eager to take the initiative;
  • You are very well organized and rigorous;
  • You are able to prioritize workload and manage several tasks;
  • You are dynamic and proactive.
