Control, Risk & Compliance through the assistance on the preparation of procedures and checklists as well as assisting on the preparation of risk management dashboards and the performance of controls activities.
Company Secretary & Governance which consists of undertaking the essential activity to the corporate lifecycle, attending the board and the executive committees, responding to stakeholders' requests and taking charge of the company documents and companies registers Profil du candidat Great academic background (top-
