    Your role

    You will be involved in all operational related tasks to ensure the availability of the provided broadband services and to fulfill all contractual obligations.

    You will support Service Management activities by collecting and analyzing IP-Data, Monitor and Control telemetry and other related information from different sources, and document and present results.

    Your responsibilities

  • Receive ad-hoc query requests from the team, ask questions to define detailed reporting requirements, and deliver neatly formatted summary and detail reports accordingly
  • Analyze signals, equipment and system behaviors, identify problem root causes and anticipate risks of malfunctions and outages with the aim to keep or improve Quality Of Service
  • Query existing databases with undocumented schemas to pull requested information
  • Document processes where needed to support Service Management
  • Pull defect and corrective action metrics from different sources to develop contract-level reports on the health of certain systems and flows
  • Analyze relevant technical and commercial information from competing broadband infrastructures, and support new developments on broadband related products and services
  • Provide competent evaluations of the technical and commercial environment for existing and new Broadband products and services (satellite IT reception devices, network products)
  • Maintain and support contacts with the manufacturing industry with the aim to have up-to-date techno-commercial knowledge of relevant IT products (Wi-

  • Your profile

  • Engineering degree in ICT (Bsc, Master's)
  • Five years of professional experience in the ICT industry, in particular in Network architecture & IP-services (Wi-Fi, VoIP)
  • Good understanding of transport, IP and application layer products and services
  • Perfect SQL skills
  • Knowledge of different Operating Systems (Windows, Linux)
  • Knowledge of the satellite technologies and satellite based communication (VSAT)
  • Excellent communication skills and team player
  • Excellent analytical skills, coordination and priority setting abilities
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to compile comprehensive and concise product evaluations
  • Ability to work independently, Can do attitude and self-starter
  • Business mindset
  • Ability to work in an international environment
  • Fluency in English (French, German being considered as an additional asset)
  • Willing to travel internationally (occasionally)
