Ensure compliance of all legal, regulatory and internal requirements
Implementation and safeguarding of all existing and future regulatory requirements of the supervisory authorities and / or the Group
Perform legal analysis and initiate strategies by reviewing new upcoming laws and regulations in order to assess the impact on the relevant Group products and internal departments
Development, implementation and maintenance of various compliance policies and guidelines in close cooperation with internal departments
Preparation of communication including reports to clients, auditors and the supervisory authorities
Completed degree in law, business law or comparable qualification
Solid experience in the compliance sector of a bank or a similarly regulated company, alternatively as an auditor or compliance / risk testing expert in a financial institution in Luxembourg
Substantial knowledge of banking and / or payment products and business
Deliver accurate and cost effective legal and / or regulatory advice to the internal departments, ensuring it is clear and understandable to non-
lawyers / non-legal collaborators
Self-starter, team-minded, reliable, flexible, foresighted and the ability to work systematically min a dynamic and fast-growing environment
Profound written and spoken communication skills in English (French or German is a plus)
Good knowledge of MS Office applications
