Ferrero Headquarter is looking for a BI Analyst (m / f) for the Strategy department.
He / she will provide a constant support to the Executive Chairman staff, being able to :
Collect business intelligence data from available industry reports, public information, field reports, or purchased sources / database
Perform structured analysis through a transversal reading of all the sources / databases in order to fully support the EC Staff Team on all the existing projects and researches :
Competitive analysis (categories / manufacturers / Brands trends)
Generate standard or custom reports summarizing business, financial, or economic data for review by executives, managers, clients, and other stakeholders
Provide daily support to business and innovation strategist for product / country reviews and innovation boards
Master degree in Economics or in Management
2-4 years’ experience, preferably in FMCG, consulting companies or research institutes
Marketing thinking oriented with a consumer centricity approach kills
Advanced knowledge of Retail and Consumer database (Nielsen, IRI, Ipsos, GFK, Euromonitor, Planet Retail, Mintel, ) within the FMCG context
Finance & business acumen
Strong analytical & synthesis skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
Flexibility, capacity of working under pressure / short deadlines environment
Fluent in English, Italian or any additional languages is an asset.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, in particular of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint
Experience in access and navigation in Business Intelligence sources such as Factiva, EIU, Euromonitor, Planet Retail, Nielsen or IRI
