PayPal Luxembourg is currently recruiting a Compliance Program Governance to reinforce its team. The role will be based in Luxembourg and will report to the Compliance Program Governance Manager.
A typical day for the Compliance Program Governance specialist will include :
Assisting the operational regulatory requests received from various agencies in Luxembourg (including face-to-face meetings)
Support the Customer Complaint process ensuring that timeframes are respected
Support the oversight of the Compliance SLAs
Managing issues and ensuring appropriate follow-up and escalation
Supporting Manager on variety of processes that allow oversight of the overall governance of the Compliance Program.

You have managed the operational requests to ensure quality, timeliness and appropriate follow-up when needed.
You have supported the oversight of Compliance Governance Program.
You have been proactive and presented solutions
You have analysed and provided input on improvement areas to better support Compliance governance
You have exposure to a regulatory Compliance environment in Luxembourg.
You are experienced working with business stakeholders.
You are experienced in partnering with various stakeholders in the context of a rapidly changing and growth-oriented environment.
You have a Bachelor’s degree. A compliance qualification is desirable.
You have good knowledge of English mandatory, French is a plus.
