We are currently looking for a Junior Brand Manager , who will support the Senior PM and the team in the development and the launch of a successful cross-country range of products.
He / she will be requested to strongly own all the elements of the marketing mix : communication, price, distribution, promotion.
Category / Product marketing strategic plan
Define and develop the category / product marketing strategic plan also based on market analysis, consumer research, and potential business opportunities both for new and existing products
Ensure the development and management of toys assortment in line with the internal objectives, and to the commercial needs / requirements
Ensure that Ferrero products are introduced with the correct volumes, in line with defined timeline and in accordance to Group policies, and reach desired profitability, dealing with all relevant stakeholders
Ensure the identification and development of possible innovative projects related to product and surprises
Consumer Research and Testing
Define consumer research / testing iniatives and analyzes results in order to identify marketing mix elements, in collaboration with CSU department
Provides insights to CSU to carry out testing of the products, in order to identify strengths and areas of improvement of the Piano Strategico
Define the multimedia initiatives to be applied on the product / category
Ensure the implementation of the initiative, together with the Multimedia Department
2-3 years of experience in Marketing (a Degree in Marketing is considered as a plus)
Expertise of FMCG and Brand Marketing environment (A Strategic Marketing experience is considered as a plus)
Multi markets and culture understanding
Strong communication and influencing skills
Analytical and financial skills
Dynamic, flexible, proactive approach and ability to work effectively in high - pressure situations within strict deadlines
Interest in food main market trends and topics is considered as a plus
Availability to travel
Excellent PC command (Excel, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with SAP Architecture is considered as a plus
