In this position you will be expected to assist the business users primarily by improving the office automation used. Your work will aim to develop their practices through specific developments, optimization and training.
You will be required to :
Undertake specific and relevant developments and provide documentation and support;
Provide training for users;
Analyse and improve practice;
Participate in team projects.
Your profile :
You have a degree in IT, with 2-5 years' relevant experience in a similar role;
You have a good knowledge of development around the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, Outlook and Access.
You have a good understanding of VBA, Visual Studio, .Net and relational databases;
You demonstrate a passion for IT and your curiosity leads you to constantly document and test new technologies,
You consider it essential to understand the jobs and needs of your users,
You have excellent French skills and demonstrate an adequate knowledge of spoken and written English,
You are highly team-spirited, with a well-developed sense of responsibility and good flexibility;
You have good interpersonal skills and a sense of duty;
Knowledge of the world of finance and specifically alternative investment funds and capital investment funds (private equity) would be an advantage.
