Your main mission will consist in actively supporting Partners, Directors and Managers in various administrative and organisational tasks related to their mission.
As a Personal Assistant (m / f), you will :
Manage planning and agendas, and organise meetings and travels;
Assist Partners, Directors and Managers on the client process (offers follow-up);
Perform quality and process check on documents;
Collaborate with the management on transversal tasks and projects.
You hold a Bachelor degree (or "BTS) as a Management Assistant;
You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar function;
You have excellent skills in MS Office-Windows, as well as in Lotus Notes or Outlook;
You are known for your great writing skills and your synthetic mind, and you are able to multitask;
You are fluent in both French and English;
You appreciated for your sense of service and your team spirit, even if you are able to work autonomously.
