On the transformation stream, change is our main focus.
Your responsibilities :
Manage and integrate change management activities into project plans linked to transformation and drive change initiatives with the support of other teams (communication, HR, IT, etc.);
Conduct change impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify stakeholders;
Implement remedial actions;
Develop and manage the communication strategy;
Define change plan, support the design of change materials and lead change sessions;
Establish and maintain strong day-to-day relationships with clients, leading to opportunities for project extensions, cross-
selling, and referrals to new prospects;
Employ a structured approach to project management to ensure complete client satisfaction and manage client expectations;
Contribute to the technical and behavioural development of team members by delivering on the job coaching and training.
You hold a Master's degree with at least 6 years of relevant experience in Change management ideally in an HR environment :
You have a sound knowledge of the Luxembourg employment legislation;
You are recognized for your client-oriented and consulting mind-set;
You have a proven experience in supervising and coaching junior profiles;
You demonstrate flexibility and ability to manage various projects simultaneously;
You have an excellent command of English and French (both orally and in writing) and any other European language is considered an asset;
You are willing and ready to travel when required.
