For our HQ in Luxembourg we are seeking for a person to support the category Range Brand Manager while being part of the Travel Market department.
As a Junior PMO Marketing Travel Market you will provide support in defining Marketing cross project streams, guaranteeing the correct implementation of the project plan and of the different project phases while respecting resources, budget and time constraints.
The objective is to support the Category Range Brand Manager and the Marketing Manager with a comprehensive and shared synthesis about priority projects, cascading business priorities and monitoring at the same time, the plan's progress.
By providing support to the definition of the cross category projects and develpment strategic plan you will :
Contribute with external and internal value added analysis to the development of the strategic scenarios supporting the strategic plan and,
Work in close collaboration with cross function departments to develop the strategic plan maneuver by project
Furthermore, you will guide the monitoring of the marketing projects' priority with the aim to support the focus of other stakeholders’ efforts.
Main Tasks :
PROJECT DEVELOPMENT AND APPROVAL
Participate in working groups for the development of processes;
Define the feasibility studies for initiatives defined, underlying key objectives, analyzing possible solution and providing the best one in terms of economical impacts, benefits and realization timings.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION
Involve TM proper stakeholders when necessary;
Perform / monitor project;
Develop and follow implementation of cross category / cross functional Marketing projects;
Ensure the implementation of projects according to project guidelines and facilitating the related organizational evolutions, within given time constrains;
Support the implementation of best practices transfer among projects and teams;
Create a TM Knowledge related to the projects implemented.
Monitor the state of work in terms of costs and timings;
Provide all necessary consolidated information, giving visibility on project implementation state.
Provide a monthly consolidation of information, giving visibility on post-implementation processes to all stakeholders involved;
Support the implementation of Marketing strategy for the related Brand;
Perform Brand management activities coordinated by the Brand Manager;
Monitor all activities and suggests adjustments of the plan based on local developments.
Master's Degree in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration or related fields;
Ideally 3 years of experience in a Marketing area or field;
Planning, organizational and prioritization skills;
Project and Time Management skills;
A problem solving attitude;
Excellent communication skills (interpersonal, negotiation with internal and external stakeholders);
Flexibility and ability to adapt to change and cultural realities;
Dynamic with an ability to work in a proactive way with a can-do attitude;
Ability to think critically and creatively.
IT Skills :
Proficiency in MS Office skills (particularly in Excel);
Advanced proficiency in excel and power point;
Knowledge of SAP ERP (as a user) will be considered a plus.
Fluency in English;
Italian and French will be considered a plus.
