Job Purpose :

The Corporate Recruiter will play a critical role in ensuring TMF is hiring the best possible talent. You will be the first point of contact for the Hiring Managers.

This position is responsible for sourcing, screening, selecting candidates, conduct interviews and manage the recruitment process.

You will also be part of different recruitment projects such as Internship Program, Recruitment Trainings and organizing an In House Day.

Your Profile :

  • Bachelor / Master Degree.
  • Preferably between 2-4 years relevant working experience.
  • Excellent English - written and verbal - communication skills.
  • Knowledge of French and / or German is a big advantage
  • Experience with passive candidate sourcing
  • Ability to persuade and influence
  • Managing stakeholders (internally and externally)
  • Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage client and candidate relationships professional level
  • Partner with internal clients to determine business needs, identify skill gaps, solicit input on recruiting strategies
  • Conduct Recruitment Trainings for Hiring Managers
  • Be a consultative partner and resource to Global Recruitment Team and other HR partners.
  • Represent TMF Group at recruiting events or other market activities
  • Build talent pipe of potential candidates
  • Conduct phone screenings and face to face interviews
  • Maintain and update recruitment system
