Société Générale Securities Services (SGSS), the Securities business line of Société Générale Group, is one of the main Administration and Custody actors for mutual funds in Luxembourg.

We offer a complete range of services for institutional clients : liquidity management, compensation, depositary and conservation services, funds administration and asset servicing, transfer agent and issuer services.


  • Carry on reporting activities for clients and investors;
  • Ensure effective understanding of specific process and strict adherence to relevant procedures;
  • Chase clients when requested;
  • Liaise with SGSS branch offices as well as with SGSS Luxembourg local departments to solve transversal issues whenever required;
  • Carry out fund set up for new Subfunds / Share classes as requested by Management Companies;
  • Complete Static Data updates on existing funds to ensure set up mirrors current prospectus for that fund;
  • Review Static data periodically for calendar set up and EUSD Savings directive status;
  • Participate in periodical Audits, Compliance and Risk sample checks;
  • Ensure timely and accurate handling of all Dealing and Special Funds;
  • Ensure strict adherence to relevant procedures;
  • Be involved in specific projects.
  • Profile

  • At least 3-5 years experience in Transfer Agency area (Preferably in Dealing and if possible one of the following areas : Reconciliation, Registration, Reporting, Commissions / Fees / Dividends, Queries);
  • Excellent command of English language. Other language skills such as German, French would be an asset;
  • Advanced computer skills especially MS Office with high level of accuracy and attention to detail;
  • Knowledge of MFTA System is preferable;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral;
  • Good team work skills listen to team members, work with people at different levels and in different departments and functions within SGSS;
  • Good problem-solving skills, pro-active attitude to new tasks and challenges.
  • Our Recruitment process :

    The short-listed candidates will be invited to perform a reasoning test, a personality questionnaire and to one or more face to face interviews in order to discuss about their experience, skills and values.

    In order to finalize the recruitment process, the selected candidate will have to present a certain number of supporting documents before his integration (copy of diplomas, proof of previous jobs, and possibly an extract of the criminal record (bulletin n 3 for the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg).
