In order to sustain our growing business in Luxembourg, we are looking for a talented and dedicated Administrative Finance Officer within our Finance team.

The person will have to assist and support the Finance team by providing administrative services.

  • The main responsibilities of the position will include the following : - Manage the invoices of clients 'portfolio; - Prepare accurate reports related to invoicing process and by agreed timescales ;
  • Check, correct and maintain a variety of financial and other business records and documents; - Perform general administrative tasks; - Other duties as assigned.
  • The ideal candidate should have the following : - You hold at least a degree (Bac +2) in Business Administration - Previous relevant and successful experience in a similar position;
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy; - A commitment to provide a high quality service; - Good analytical skills; -
  • Ability to multi-task, well organised and able to meet the deadlines in a fast paced environment; - Excellent oral and written communication skills with sense of tact and diplomacy;
  • Experience in working in a team-oriented and collaborative environment; - Confidentiality and ability to handle sensitive information;
  • Fluent in English is mandatory (French or any other language would be an asset); - Good working knowledge of MS Office tools (especially Excel) with the ability to learn other relevant systems.
