In order to sustain our growing business in Luxembourg, we are looking for a talented and dedicated Administrative Finance Officer within our Finance team.
The person will have to assist and support the Finance team by providing administrative services.
The main responsibilities of the position will include the following : - Manage the invoices of clients 'portfolio; - Prepare accurate reports related to invoicing process and by agreed timescales ;
Check, correct and maintain a variety of financial and other business records and documents; - Perform general administrative tasks; - Other duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate should have the following : - You hold at least a degree (Bac +2) in Business Administration - Previous relevant and successful experience in a similar position;
Strong attention to detail and accuracy; - A commitment to provide a high quality service; - Good analytical skills; -
Ability to multi-task, well organised and able to meet the deadlines in a fast paced environment; - Excellent oral and written communication skills with sense of tact and diplomacy;
Experience in working in a team-oriented and collaborative environment; - Confidentiality and ability to handle sensitive information;
Fluent in English is mandatory (French or any other language would be an asset); - Good working knowledge of MS Office tools (especially Excel) with the ability to learn other relevant systems.
