For our HQs in Luxembourg , we are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Specialist.
In this role, together with the Global Head of Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding, you will steer recruiting processes at Global level working closely with the local HR teams and Global functions.
Moreover, you will be involved in employer branding activities supporting the localization and execution in the Countries and as well in the development of a Global strategy for media. Main Tasks
Steering Global recruiting process and activities, work with Global and local HR teams and hiring managers to assist with recruiting efforts
Further developing the recruiting strategy, process and ATS & CRM system
Establishing a Global standard in valid assessment tools considering new technologies and methodologies
Building and continuously managing talent pools and social engagement
Further developing the Global Employer Brand and continuous brand management, supporting countries in localization and campaign execution
Developing and deploying the Global (social) media strategy
Steering of target group specific communication on careers related social media channels
Provide recruitment counsel and guidance to HR and hiring managers with data analytics and insights, continuous process optimization, monitoring of KPIs & SLAs
Analyze current trends and apply appropriate actions
Job Requirements Profile
Master degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Communication or Marketing or other related fields
6-8 years of relevant work experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employer branding
Corporate Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding roles in multinational companies
Hands on experience in recruitment as in-house recruiter and / or agency
Experience in Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding strategy, in traditional assessment tools as well as new technologies and methodologies, in positioning of an employer brand and continuous brand management
Global mindset and the right sensitivity in integrating different countries and nationalities
High level of assertiveness and ability to establish relationships to actively engage and involve people
Strong change and project management skills and result orientation
Innovative ideas, analytical and strategic thinking
Proficient in the use of social media
SuccessFactors ATS and CRM systems
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English is a must
Any other language a plus.
