Job Responsibilities :
1.Assure a daily assistance to Institutional Clients' users on the On-line System for consultation, transactional and communication (reporting) uses;
2.Assure the coordination with internal users and outside providers for technical questions / issues;
3. Take care of the configuration of users;
4. Monitor the quality of services;
5. Execution and follow up of tests for developments / releases.
6. Assist the Institutional Clients' entity of the bank in relation with IT issues, needs, developments.
IT / Finance / Economy
Bac + 2 / Graduate
Minimum 5 years of experience in banking / IT activities
Excellent skills regarding banking services and IT tools , communication tools, external information system, workflow tools, SWIFT,... etc) ;
Good knowledge of financial products, financial markets and their organization ;
Knowledge of the methodology used in Project management would be an advantage;
Excellent communication skills, oral and written, capacity to teach people;
Interest to learn new things on a daily basis;
Flexibility and diplomacy would be appreciated;
French and English are absolutely required, any other language would be an advantage.
