PwC Luxembourg is recruiting an HRIS Analyst to support our internal HR function with the maintenance of our HR management system.
The person occupying this position will be the technical point of contact for all HR functional areas and will liaise with HR subject matter experts as well as IT project managers on a regular basis.
As a HRIS Analyst (m / f), you will :
Upload data, test system configuration changes, trouble shoot the HR system and other local and global applications;
Manage security settings, analyse software releases and their impacts on the HR system as well as local applications;
Assist HR subject matter experts in maintaining HR processes and procedures and identifying opportunities for process improvement;
Contribute to the maintenance of the HRIS knowledge database by performing regular checks and updating / creating new articles;
Develop user procedures, guidelines and documentation and train system users on new processes / functionalities;
Contribute to HR projects as needed.
You hold a Bachelor or Master Degree in Engineering;
You have ideally pursued additional education in HR;
You have at least 2 years of experience on roles involving both IT and HR aspects;
You have a proven track record in handling multiple tasks and projects in a fast paced environment;
You are fluent in English;
You have excellent problem solving and analytical skills;
You are able to quickly learn new systems and tools - experience with HR SaaS solutions is considered a strong asset;
You have very good interpersonal skills and you are able to establish working relationships with both functional HR and IT experts.
