For our Ferrero HQ in Luxembourg , we are currently looking for two motivated interns for a six months internship experience (starting from September / October 2018 ).
As our procurement intern, you will be supporting the Warehouse, Distribution & Pallets Category Buyer.
Main Tasks :
Gathering Market Information : micro / macro environment, suppliers, competitors, new technologies & legislation;
Preparation and management of tenders;
Contract management and monitoring;
Scouting and supplier prequalification;
Developing a supplier portfolio;
Supplier relationship management;
Regular updates and interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
Master's Degree in Economics, Business Administration, (Packaging) Engineering, Legal Studies or related fields;
Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills;
Experience preferably within an international work environment (company & team);
Flexibility and adaptability;
IT Skills :
Excellent skills in MS-Office applications (Excel in particular);
Advanced proficiency in Excel (i.e. pivot table, v-look up, formulas);
Preferred experience in SAP ERP.
English is mandatory;
Any other language is considered a plus.
