To achieve and grow the Exadata Cloud Service and Exadata Cloud at Customer revenues, developing a sustainable business and leveraging all available channels to market.
Act as business owner for Exadata Cloud Service and Exadata Cloud at Customer internally and externally.
Creating demand, developing business propositions, engaging with all relevant lob’s to build pipeline of opportunities.
Act as advocates and evangelists for Exadata Cloud Service and Exadata Cloud at Customer technologies in different solution and business areas.
Drive go-to-market conversations and propositions. Responsibilities :
Develop new business and demand generation for Exadata Cloud Service and Exadata Cloud at Customer.
Create, manage and own the Business Development and Marketing plan across all channels
Implement go to market plan.
Be a source of the business proposition and sales strategy knowledge for the designated business area
Contribute to revenue pipeline building
Act as an advocate and evangelist for Exadata Cloud Service and Exadata Cloud at Customer.
Attend, host and speak at product and industry forums.
Support the EMEA Sales Organization in development and promotion of the go to market strategy, based on the Global sales plays and business initiatives.
Identify and develop new sales opportunities within industries and accounts in the Region.
Support specific sales opportunities and account plans as appropriate.
Monitor and review sales campaigns.
Develop knowledge and awareness of new products.
Disseminate and share knowledge and expertise extensively xlob, xpartner and xcustomer.
Identify, maintain and deploy an internal network of people who can support achievement of plans.
Works across all other Lines of Business (LoBs) and fosters XLoB relationships.
Work with wider business development and sales consulting function to understand the impact of Technology and Cloud propositions.
Participate and contribute to EMEA BDM community activities.
Demonstrate the use of cross-selling and up-selling techniques.

Strong influencing and coaching skills to work with senior sales leaders to drive adoption.
Experience of driving and owning go-to-market campaigns and propositions is a bonus.

A Business Development Representative is assigned to strategic accounts which may be grouped by industry where Oracle has a limited presence.
Acts as primary liaison between Consulting, Sales, and Oracle Development for the product*s sales opportunities. Generates business opportunities through prospecting mass market programs and leveraging third party partners.
Develops and coordinates a worldwide relationship with customers that establishes Oracle as a preferred vendor and optimizes Oracle's sales of product.
Executes aggressive strategies and plans to successfully drive the product as the preferred customer selection. Provides account representatives with information on how the product addresses specific needs, and assists account representatives in using Oracle's products to leverage large revenue opportunities.
