Job Details & Key Attributes
1) Support the process pilot in his role. Organise committees and all instances within governance , follow up attention points and all process related actions .
Ensure dysfunctions are solved in due time. Control all tools that enable to manage the process.
2 )Ensure close connection between process pilot and IT department (BPS) team for project and normal run of the process3) Support the teams for Performance and Progress management and ensure deployment of management tools.
Track the deployment of bsc, pap, account plans, performance contracts and others. Animate collaborative / innovative workshops (more at process leve but possibly with a teaml).
Be a aknowledged supporting partner to teams. In order to achieve the mission, the candidate must have a good knowledge of business rules and principles to be able to challenge and support the pilot.
