As the Group Operational Engine, Ferrero Sales & Operation Planning is an important part of the New Governance Platform rolled-out in September 2017.
To support the roll-out of the Ferrero S&OP in our HQsin Luxembourg we are looking for S&OP Commercial Project Manager , who will be reporting directly to the S&OP+ Manager and will be responsible of the following tasks.
Lead and drive changes to the S&OP+ process to deliver on-going transformation;
Provide support and Methodology to deploy the S&OP+ process;
Establish robust operational processes and effective working relationships with all key regional and Market units stakeholders.
Support Regional and Business Units S&OP leader to lead the S&OP process implementation and the associated enabling tools set including change management;
Support the One set of number principle by working and supporting Demand Planning team with Sales and Marketing groups to ensure proper understanding of changes in future plan assumption behind business plans in order to be reflected in the Demand Plan and Operations Plan;
Support Regional and Business units S&OP+ Leaders to increase process maturity and delivering real improvements in business performance;
Ensure linkage with IT streams in order to guarantee the One set of Numbers and data reliability across the business.
In close collaboration with S&OP PMO, you will update status of program deliverables and milestones with relevant KPIs dashboard;
Support the adoption of the project lifecycle and deliverables;
Program level risk and issue co-ordination including escalation documentation preparation and execution;
Update PMO on milestones / activities within each BUs / Supply Point vs S&OP Roll-out plan phases (Engage, Mobilize, Implement, Sustain and Improve).
Bachelor in Business Administration or related field;
At least 5 years’ experience of relevant experience in Sales and Operation Planning in cloud based software application, or in a Commercial focused Business area (Sales and / or Marketing);
Demand management knowledge is required;
Influential and excellent interpersonal skills;
Dynamic, proactive and able to work effectively in high pressure environment;
Result oriented personality who drives deliverables to execution with high autonomy;
Attention to detail, thoroughness and high level of accountability;
Strong ability to identify key insights from large sets of data;
Willing to travel worldwide about 25% of the time.
Proficiency in MS Office;
Good knowledge of cloud based software application;
SAP knowledge is a plus.
Fluent in English;
Any other language is a plus.
