We are looking for a Group Financial Controller to further strengthen our Finance & Administration Team and contribute to the success of our company.

The Finance & Administration department takes care of the planning, organizing, auditing, accounting and controlling of the company's finances.

The Finance department also manages the payment risks associated with the customer contracts.As our Group Financial Controller you will directly report to the CFO, this is a highly varied and challenging role.

As a key member of the Finance & Administration team, you will :

  • Control the production of the Monthly and Annual Reporting of the local entities
  • Prepare the consolidation of the Group's monthly management accounts, KPIs and associated commentaries for presentation to Internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide ad hoc analysis on deviations from budget. Work with other departments to validate financial performance & data
  • Provide technical accounting advice and manage the implementation of new accounting standards
  • Maintain up to date Group accounting policies that are accessible to all employees within the Group
  • Supervise the quality of the financials, provided by accountants and financial assistants
  • Suggest updates and improvements for accounting systems & closing process
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations, legislation, corporate calendar
  • Collaborate with auditing services to ensure timely compliance
  • Assist the CFO in presenting reports to senior executives, stakeholders, and board members
  • Manage the insurance policies of the group
  • Manage the financial inquiries from customers and suppliers
  • Monitor and report on internal risk management
  • We are looking for you :

  • Bachelor's degree or master's degree in accounting, business, economics, finance, or a related field
  • 5 years of experience in international finance / accounting team or Fiduciary, ideally in consolidation and group reporting
  • Outstanding mathematical skills and ability to summarise key points
  • Honesty, integrity, reliability, team player, flexibility, independent
  • roll-up-your-sleeves" attitude, the intellect to analyse complex issues and recommend solutions

  • IT literate with a good understanding of business systems (Excel, BOB, consolidation tools)
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills in English. French / German are a plus
  • Experience of M&A activity including financial due diligence & banking reports is a plus
  • Experience with LuxGaap / IFRS guidelines is a plus, as well as prior audit experience
