Job Position : Client Administrator

Full time Luxembourg

Job Purpose and Key Responsibilities :

The Client Administrator will be the key contact person of managing the day to day accounting entries for a simple client portfolio, assisting your Supervisor or daily matters such as :

  • Maintenance of accounting records and preparation of financial reports, i.e. deliverables
  • Execution of client payments and follow up invoices to clients
  • Organization and facilitation of audit of financial statements
  • Assist Legal department with preparation of annual shareholders meetings
  • Having a pro-active attitude to problem solving and coming up with solutions as part of own professional development
  • Developing a comprehensive understanding of legal documents relevant to the keeping up of own files
  • Preparing support working documents (interest calculations, reinvoicing spreadsheets, )
  • Take ownership of own development by following required and relevant trainings
  • Key knowledge and experience :

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s degree in Accounting or a related field
  • Minimum 2-3 year practical experience in a client servicing businesses (trust, accountancy, audit, etc.)
  • Fluent communication, both written and spoken, in English and German is required
  • Sound organizational skills to manage own time
  • A Team player who can work independently
  • Interest in numbers and figures
  • Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
