Our client, an European Institution is looking for Helpdesk Agent / Technician for a long term mission. The environment is rich and internationally oriented.

Mission :

  • Troubleshoot applications
  • Manage and configure the environment
  • Solve problems regarding the infra, network, hardware, telephony and mobile
  • Provide support to the different users in English and French
  • Answer emails and phone calls, escalate to higher support lane in case of need
  • Use the ticketing tool to follow and resolve the problems in the best timing
  • Profile :

  • Minimum 1 years of experience as an Helpdesk / User support
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite and Microsoft OS (Windows 7 and 10)
  • Technical level in English language is requested
  • Problem solving skills
  • Customer and service focus
  • Stress resilient
