Job Purpose :
The Commercial Assistant provides administrative support to the onboarding of new clients and the commercial process in all its aspects.
This will include building a strong relationship with the local Sales team and support of all Unit Directors and Team Leaders of the servicing teams
Key responsibilities will include sopport in the day to day life of the commercial team such as :
Assisting and supporting the entire client-intake process, from prospect phase to handover to the servicing teams :
Preparing offer letters, both for the commercial team as for the servicing teams;
Assisting in Sales approval process, e.g. Gateway process;
Inputting and managing all Luxembourg opportunities in CRM;
Preparing basic legal agreements such as service agreements;
Maintaining and updating of local documents (e.g. standard offer letter, standard pricing overviews, presentations, biographies of staff, etc);
Your responsibility will also include :
Preparing commercial presentations / booklets;
Build CRM reports for the Luxembourg office;
Be first point of contact for CRM Support regarding Lux based items;
Training colleagues in CRM use;
Updating and maintaining the commercial events coordination list.
Your profile :
With your excellent communication skills and an pro active attitude you are looking for a challanging job in an international environment.
You posses a high level of attention to detail and are willing to extablish close relationship to the business and clients
Ability to set priorities and respect deadlines;
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and in writing. Any other languages is a plus;
Ability to communicate easily with internal and external parties
A prior experience in a servicing client environment is an advantage
Good working experience with applicable software (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
You are a team player with good people skills, who can work as well independently
