Our Client, a European private equity group, with offices in Luxembourg, London, Paris, Frankfurt and Milan is looking for a : HR Generalist (M / F) Your mission : As an HR Generalist with focus on Talent management, you will be in charge of managing all HR matters for offices located in Luxembourg, London, Paris, Frankfurt and Milan.

  • Based in Luxembourg, you will develop your career within an international environment! Your Responsibilities : Advise on all aspects of the firm’s HR policies, procedures and relevant employment law to ensure consistency of application;
  • Support the annual performance review and draft reports.

  • If needed, implement an efficient performance review process and set up performance management tools; Prepare employment contracts in compliance with the current local legislation (France, UK, Germany, Italy and Luxembourg);
  • Manage the full recruitment process for support functions; Assist with the recruitment of frontoffice positions; Prepare and ensure the follow-

    up of vacation leaves, sickness leaves and staff departures; Participate in the development of HR policies.

  • Keep an up-to-date tracking table of remunerations and career development information; Set up appropriate training plans and establish contacts with local administrators;
  • Attend meetings to represent the interest of the HR function and promote relevant policies and best practice; Conduct all other HR administration duties where appropriate.

    Profile : Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent; A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR administration in financial services / Asset Management or Private equity area.

  • Work experience in international environment with excellent English and French communication skills; A prior experience within a big four would be strongly appreciated;
  • Strong analytical skills and excellent problem solving skills; Autonomous, easy going and adaptable person with outstanding communication skills;
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise your workload; Resilient and able to work efficiently and accurately under pressure;
  • Excellent MS Office skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint).
