Our Client, a European private equity group, with offices in Luxembourg, London, Paris, Frankfurt and Milan is looking for a : HR Generalist (M / F) Your mission : As an HR Generalist with focus on Talent management, you will be in charge of managing all HR matters for offices located in Luxembourg, London, Paris, Frankfurt and Milan.
Support the annual performance review and draft reports.
Manage the full recruitment process for support functions; Assist with the recruitment of frontoffice positions; Prepare and ensure the follow-
up of vacation leaves, sickness leaves and staff departures; Participate in the development of HR policies.
Attend meetings to represent the interest of the HR function and promote relevant policies and best practice; Conduct all other HR administration duties where appropriate.
Profile : Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent; A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR administration in financial services / Asset Management or Private equity area.
Excellent MS Office skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint).
