The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative services and support across the business.

The main responsibilities of the position will include the following : - Provide general administrative support ; - Prepare & encode payment instructions for client companies, -

  • Manage phone calls, e-mails and correspondence; - Be responsible for the mailing, scanning, and filing of administrative documents;
  • Prepare documents for client meetings; - Be involved in the implementation of a new filing system; - Coordinate contacts with banks, service providers, notaries and various administrations.
  • To be considered , the candidate will have at least a first relevant professional experience in a similar position in Luxembourg (preferably gained in a fiduciary or a Big 4).

    He / she will also have an excellent standard of oral and written communications skills in English (French or any other language would be an asset).

    This role would suit someone acting as a team member, with excellent organization and administrative skills.
