Within the ArcelorMittal Flat Europe Central Sales & Marketing organisation "CMO", the ideal candidate will be part of the Commercial Steering team, will have the opportunity to learn on the job, participate to workshops, get the best of analytics and human expertise, test, validate, implement and use the new systems recently launched through the digitalization programme where pricing is at the heart of our commercial processes.

This is about creating value, of course, through sound and actionable analytics and data focused change.

This is also about leading behavioral adaptation of the organization to make the most of big data technologies and better serve our customers.

You will be joining the energetic CMO team to make one of our boldest endeavors of the decade a success.You will interact with Flat Europe Central Sales & Marketing departments, sales teams in Flat Europe Business Divisions, the Commercial Heads of the BDs, R&D organisation and mills.

This position requires an excellent eye for details, capacity to identify trends and patterns of information and excellent computer skills.

In this role you will be using your technical expertise to extrapolate data by using advanced computerized models.This position will report to the Head of Operational Pricing and will be part of a 7-

people team (Pricing Managers and Data Analysts), in charge of developing, delivering, promoting and using the new generation of Pricing Analytics capabilities.

Minimum Applicant Attribute

Education / Qualification : Master

Subject : Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Management, Computer science, Data Engineer Language and Proficiency Level : English Advanced

3-5 years or more previous controlling / analyst work experience, preferably with commercial background, knowledge of FCE organisation would be considered as an asset-

Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize and analyze significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy-

Have an analytical & customer focused mind, and be very well organised and rigorous- MS Office Suite : Excel Advanced level-

Proven experience within an SAP environment- Experience working within a cross-functional team- Must be detail oriented, take ownership of work quality, and display an outstanding work ethic-

Excellent organisation and communication skills with strong social skills- Ability to work independently with limited supervision, be available and flexible-

Be able to work under pressure, and be a good team player- Strong mathematical / statistical aptitudes- Must have the ability and desire to meet required timelines
