  • University degree in IT studies or comparable / relevant qualification
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in the Fintech industry having developed a good understanding of how Fintech start-
  • ups function and their needs as well as have contacts in that domain

  • Experience and knowledge about the ITO and Managed Services industry and trends, additionally experience in such services within the Cloud would be an asset
  • Experience in sales in the ITO and Managed Services industry in central Europe, experience in Luxembourg and the bordering countries would also be an asset
  • An ability to deliver excellent customer experience
  • Self-motivated, committed and target oriented working
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent Presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to travel
  • Understanding in IT related matters in particular infrastructure, IT operations, and IT transformation projects
  • Understanding in Financial Industry and Banking business
  • Very high communication skills of written and verbal in English, French and ideally German too; knowledge of Luxembourgish, Portuguese or any other language would be an asset
  • Your tasks and responsibilities

  • Manage and own the end to end sales process for individual sales opportunities for Managed Services at Clearstream
  • Support the creation of a Pipeline of opportunities in the designated scope of the services
  • Negotiate the sales of Managed Services whilst respecting the corporate guidelines for such deals
  • Develop positive relationships with all prospects and clients
  • Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks
  • Help develop the service catalogue through understanding the Clients / Prospects needs
  • Report regularly and openly on the status of all leads and prospects
  • Support the tracking of progress of sales and pipeline development against Clearstream's objectives both in terms of revenue and in terms of EBIT margin
  • Provide input for the monitoring of sales metrics (e.g. sales results and annual forecasts)
  • Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
  • Capable of developing an accurate Revenues forecast based on solid understanding of own conversation rates and prospects interest level
  • Work closely with Technical Account Managers to ensure clear costing prior to starting price negotiations with clients
  • Support the development of the sales materials
  • CRM tool follow-up and updates, tracking of status of client leads

    You should be the cornerstone between the Customer and our internal IT, have excellent communication and negotiation skills and be customer service oriented.

    Ultimately, you should be able to grow our business by building successful, long-term client relationships.
