The Luxembourg location is on an expansion drive and is the new leader among the licensed Luxembourg AIFM management companies (or AIFM ManCos) in terms of assets under management and is equally successful in in the field of so-called "Third Party ManCos .

To continue our expansion drive, we are hiring an Officer Fund Accounting Your areas of responsiblity : Checking and clearing the net asset value calculation for our alternative funds Handling the accounts for our securitisation company Evaluating the individual compartments within the securitisation company Preparing the regulatory reporting within schedule Carrying out plausibility check of the net asset values Carrying out plausibility check of the valuation rates used Reconciling the outstanding units with the transfer and registration office Reconciling all assets with the custodian banks or other external parties Controlling the securities settlements Controlling the fees and charges Preparing and dispatching all regulatory notifications under Luxembourg law : processing incoming invoices Other tasks Liquidating funds Transferring funds Issuing funds Supporting projects What you offer : Bank training or comparable training or studies with financial focus Indepth specialist knowledge of the fund business and fund accounting as well as corporate accounting 3 years’ professional experience in a comparable position (e.g.

at an investment management company).

Personal initiative, ability to work in a team and to work under pressure, assertiveness and decisiveness with a simultaneous focus on quality Ability to think analytically and to work in a structured and meticulous way, conscientiousness.

Self-assured and well-mannered approach with excellent communication skills.

MS-Office (in particular Excel) as well as secure handling of typical information systems.

Experience with the software Xentis desirable.

Due to our increasingly international orientation, very good written and spoken English skills required; good working knowledge of German a distinct advantage.
