The challenging management position of the Chief Executive Officer of Credit Suisse MultiConcept Fund Management S.A. in Luxembourg.
The entity is part of the Credit Suisse Asset Servicing department which offers the full range of the private label funds business.
The role includes the regulatory responsibility for the company towards the regulator (CSSF) as well as managing the relationships to auditors, internal & external stakeholders and clients.
You will act as a Conducting Officer for MultiConcept Fund Management S.A.
Oversight over all delegated functions of MultiConcept Fund Management S.A. and acting as the anchor-person within the local as well as global Credit Suisse organization
Building trust and commitment among clients as well as internal and external stakeholders
Responsible for continuously improving process quality and service capabilities for MultiConcept Fund Management S.A.
Acting as the senior ambassador and expert for the fund business, providing market and regulatory updates to prospects, clients and stakeholders
Acting as senior relationship manager for fund sponsors and / or being a member of the board of directors of selected client boards
Supporting the internal Relationship Manager from Private Banking & Wealth Management and the acquisition team in the client acquisition process
University degree in Economics or Law
15+ years of experience in the Fund and / or Financial Industry business, whereof the last 5 years in a leadership position
Expert knowledge of all regulatory aspects of the investment fund business in Luxembourg
Full knowledge of the traditional and alternative asset class offering & servicing capabilities, expert in the UCITS and AIFMD environment
Ability to master regulatory expectations as well as functional stakeholder management
Autonomous working attitude and ability to successfully develop and maintain cross functional relationships
Excellent problem-solving skills, outstanding drive, result-orientation and dynamic nature
Strong compliance culture
Attitude to thrive and good communication skills
Strong connection within the fund business Luxembourg (CSSF, ALFI, etc.)
High level of sales skills and client orientation
Language skills : Fluency in English with German and / or French being an asset
