You would take on the whole administrative function.
No Luxembourg experience is required, just the right personality and language skills! The Role : Setting up and organising the administrative function of the company Supporting the team in the Luxembourg office, you will manage all the administration for the company Managing the diaries, travel, correspondence and compliance administration Answering, screening and forwarding any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed Receiving and sorting daily mail / deliveries / couriers Managing the providers of the group Other tasks depending on the business needs The Person : Fluent in English.
Any other language an asset Good knowledge of Outlook, Work and Excel Strong organisational skills There is a good salary and package on offer for the right candidate.
