Your role

Are you skilled in business analysis that enables change and enhancements? Do you have the proven ability to analyze processes, information and procedures?

We’re looking for a KYC Analyst to :

  • Manage and support the delivery of a variety of projects across Wealth Management linked to KYC on clients
  • Ensure compliance with policies, standards and regulatory requirements
  • Gather customers’ information and its subsequent verification (SOW, SOF, nature of business etc.)
  • Assess information obtained and conclude on its completeness and reliability
  • Undertake quality review of clients’ KYC records

  • Partner with the client facing teams and clients to collect required legal documents and associated information to meet all regulatory and internal policies
  • Liaise with other departments (e.g. credit) when necessary to ensure consistency of customer information used for decision making
  • Record keeping of KYC material and other information to ensure good governance
  • Prepare material for and participate in Committee meetings representing the KYC / Tax team
  • Keep up to date with Regulatory developments and industry standards.

    You’ll be working in the KYC team in Luxembourg. As a KYC analyst, you’ll play an important role in securing the standards needed in our organization.

    As a team member in a young team, you will have busy days, developing your analytical, team-orientation and personal skills on different levels, through interaction with all departments in the bank as a team player. It will be fun!

    You have :

  • ideally 3 years of experience in a similar role in the financial sector
  • strong analytical skills
  • strong knowledge of AML / KYC / Compliance
  • strong knowledge of the CSSF requirements.
  • You are :

  • fluent in English, both in written and spoken.
