You will be part of an investment management team responsible for client’s investment returns.
You will be leading the equity competence center and be an active member of BIL’s asset allocation committee and of the global investment Platform of BIL,.
Major Job Responsibilities Include :
Responsible for the successful portfolio management of two newly launched equity mutual funds, US and European.
Take an active part in developing the established investment process and be proactive in promoting it externally as well as internally.
Lead the investment activity with respect to equity markets and individual shares and thereby contribute to the investment performance of our clients.
Contribute to the development of the global equity strategy via participation in investment committees, determining investment cases (recommendations) on specific assets and individual lines.
Establish the global equity buying list for discretionary management, leveraging external research and internal competences.
Enhance the overall competence by being a team player and by sharing your understanding on individual equity positions in global markets.
Implement the investment strategy in institutional accounts and ensure that the portfolios are in line with the given risk profiles.
Ensure the specific client communication and client reporting.
Be proactive in winning new mandates.
Contribute to the development of monitoring tools in terms of investment risk management.
Your profile : Essential educational background and skills :
Strong educational background from a highly accredited university.
At least 7 years of experience in equity portfolio management, excellent knowledge of financial markets and financial instruments.
Ability to be a team leader and to motivate team members.
Ability to lead team of specialists
Ability to adhere to tight deadlines.
Efficient in office tools with an emphasis on Bloomberg, Factset.
Having worked in an absolute return environment is a plus.
Excellent English knowledge both in writing and speaking. French knowledge is a strong advantage, other languages appreciated.
