  • Organise and facilitate meetings and workshops on Programme related matters.
  • Liaise with subject matter experts within the organisation and other stakeholders and consolidate their inputs;and document and facilitate the decision making processes on the project and prepare presentations in this respect.
  • Organisation and QA of documentation across the programme - SharePoint site, templates, quality of documentation, enhance presentation and reporting
  • Promote the Programme through enhancing communications, preparing presentations, assisting with change management and the deployment of solutions
  • Assist with the organisation of testing and ensure all necessary audit materials are collected and stored in a clear and consistent way
  • Ensure the Programme is managed in line with the organisation's PMO standards
  • Prepare documents to support internal decision making, testing or training material
  • Follow up on deliverables with internal and external parties
  • Create and review test strategy / approach, test cases and test execution templates
  • Develop training / support material
  • Develop and execute an internal communications plan with support material
  • Perform testing, change management documentation and otherwise support the deployment of the technology and hand over to production support
  • Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of PMO experience
  • 3-5 years of direct experience with similar and relevant IT projects
  • Best practice knowledge of PMO and project management principles
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint from an end user perspective
  • Very high level of attention to detail, understanding of audit requirements and ensuring compliance with standards
  • Confident to challenge Project and Programme managers on adherence to standards and quality expectation
  • Project skills : Ability to manage multiple tasks under competing deadlines and shifting priorities
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, Project
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills;
  • Experience in providing reporting and other communications at a senior management level;
  • Excellent organisational skills;
  • Ability to document clear and complete business requirements;
  • Customer oriented change management communication skills
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Project or test management accreditation Prince, PMI would be an advantage
