The Training Specialist acts as a Learning and Performance Consultant for the business teams by identifying and analysing L&D needs and translating them into a yearly training plan.
As a Training Specialist (m / f), you will :
Understand the Global and local business strategy and translate it into the L&D strategy for specific units;
Build the L&D plans for the units by integrating the business strategy and the requirements from our network and secure the implementation;
Consider the most appropriate pedagogical approach for each course (incl. classroom, digital, blended etc.) and contribute to course design;
Focus on continuously improving the training plans by constructively challenging the current solutions, integrating participants' feedback and integrating new L&D trends;
Implement measures to assess the effectiveness of the L&D Plans;
Be responsible for the management of vendor relationships;
Coach and support internal trainers to improve the learning transfer;
Act as a course designer and trainer on specific trainings.
You hold a Master's degree in Economics, Finance, HR or Business Administration;
You have at least 3 years prior experience in Learning & development, including building L&D plans;
You have an expertise in course development and in designing blended learning approaches;
You have an up-to-date knowledge of main L&D trends;
You are computer literate (MS Office);
You are fluent in both French and English;
You are able to build strong business relationships;
You are an analytical and conceptual thinker able display creativity;
You are service minded and solution-oriented;
You are able to prioritize and manage time constraints.
