In order to continue the expansion of our Transfer Pricing department, we are currently looking to recruit a : Senior Manager Transfer Pricing for Financial Services Your responsibilities :
You are leading a multi-disciplinary team advising our Financial Services clients concerning all aspects of Transfer Pricing.
You work closely with our European Transfer Pricing specialists in all major European Financial Centers.
You ensure high quality delivery of Transfer Pricing advice and solutions to major financial transactions, ensuring risk management.
You manage regular economic analysis pursuant to the preparation of Transfer Pricing reports, including responsibility for gathering the data.
You review the preparation of your team’s relevant Transfer Pricing reports and benchmarking analysis.
You lead on-going Advance Pricing Arrangements (APA).
You share your know-how and knowledge to the department with a good understanding of OECD guidelines.
You seize new business opportunities concerning Transfer Pricing and other special services.
You develop internal relationships within our international network with other EY Tax and financial professionals.
You manage client service teams and contribute to people development.
Your profile :
You hold a university degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Law or similar.
You have at least 8 years of relevant working experience in Transfer Pricing assignments, ideally for Financial Services clients.
You have a very strong technical knowledge and deep understanding of Transfer Pricing concepts, including transfer of intellectual property, transfers of tangible goods and other financial transactions.
You are an excellent salesperson with a proven track record of business development capabilities, i.e. successfully identifying, initiating and nurturing new or on-
going business opportunities.
You have proven exceptional interpersonal skills that have resulted in business relationships of trust, confidence and top results.
You are experienced in managing a team you demonstrate strong ownership as well as flexibility.
You will be comfortable in multicultural environments built on a shared culture of team spirit, mutual respect and openness.
You demonstrate excellent writing, communication and presentation skills, including strong writing, research and analytical skills.
You show well established organizational, multitasking and prioritization skills.
You have a proficient level in working with MS Office applications.
You are fluent in English. Any additional additional language skills will be considered as an asset.
