This specific position is responsible for the coordination, analysis, and approval of specific financial requests, ensures all process of related to accounting will meet timely, prepare regular reports and support the accounting system.
Alongside, this position will include a range of administrative and supportive services, such as record management, meeting and drafting of routine correspondence.
Support day to day operation of the office
Prepare payments internally and externally
Provide perspective budget monthly report
Trail all payments with responsible organization
Accumulate all expenses documents, and trail with finance the status of each request
Collate and produce any documents needed for weekly-monthly meetings
General office administration, managing mails, drafting documents, and phone calls
Support internal and external client inquiries and issues
Previous relevant experience in business administration and financial support
Strong organization skills, with impeccable attention to detail
Excellence at follow up, prioritization, time management, proactive communication and managing expectation
Answer queries by employees and clients
Flexibility to meet deadlines and get the job done
Proficiency in MS Office is essential, along with general computer skills
Excellent command of Portuguese, English and French will consider as asset
