Senior Associate for our Corporate and Regulatory Team (m / f)
Your responsibilities :
You will be a member of our corporate and regulatoryteam, in charge of the corporate implementation of tax reorganizationsinvolving Luxembourg companies.
You will take an active part in structuring,coordinating and implementing the Luxembourg corporate law aspects ofreorganizations ancillary to tax transactions, including : preparation andreview of corporate documentation of any kind, in relation to the incorporationand reorganizations of Luxembourg companies (e.
g. : contributions, migrations,mergers, liquidations, application of business licenses, etc.) and theintra-group financing of these entities (e.
g., loans; facilities,...).
You will coordinate the implementation ofinternational reorganizations with the professionals of the EY network.
You will liaise with people from our tax department,other EY offices, clients, lawyers, notaries, banks etc.
You will be in charge of coaching and delegating tomembers of the team.
Your profile :
You hold a university degree in corporate legalmatters.
You have between 2 and 5 years of relevant experiencein a similar working environment.
You have a thorough understanding of Luxembourgcorporate regulations.
You demonstrate solid knowledge of and experience withinternational corporate structures involving Luxembourg companies.
You appreciate working in a highly dynamic &international environment.
You have proven exceptional interpersonal skills thathave resulted in business relationships of trust, confidence and top results.
You demonstrate excellent writing, communication andpresentation skills.
You are willing to learn and develop yourself on anongoing basis.
You show well established organizational, multitaskingand prioritization skills.
You are fluent in English. French, German and any additional language skills will be considered as an asset.
