What is it about?

As a HR Transformation Senior Consultant, you will :

  • Be a key member of any client facing team and support the delivery of HR Strategy and Transformation projects for large scale multinationals, or the delivery of specialist HR projects in a particular focus area (e.
  • g. talent, performance, recruitment, learning, rewards)

  • Workwith project teams to prepare client recommendations utilising a combination of industry knowledge, tools, and technology.
  • This includes preparing documents and presentations and other high quality outputs

  • Own the development and delivery of specific work packages, ensuring high quality outputs in line with client expectations and lead work streams of activity within client engagements by managing teams of Consultants and Analysts
  • Carryout research, data collection and analysis, applying rigorous logic to deliver insight to clients
  • Support business development by contributing to proposals and bids, maintaining client relationships through effective stakeholder engagement and leading bid teams and practice growth to develop new and innovative approaches for HR and Technology Advisory
  • Act as a coach and advisor to junior team members both within client engagements and within practice development and bid activity
  • Who are you?

    To be the right fit for the position, you have to :

  • Hold a Master degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related area.
  • Have 4 years of experience in a consulting environment or in a project based organization, with a focus on Human Capital and experience in managing client expectations and relationships
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of Human Capital and people-related issues and challenges, with expertise in one or more of the following areas : HR operations, HR transformation programmes, enabling HR technologies, shared services, HR organisation design or a specialist HR area (e.
  • g. talent, performance, recruitment, learning, rewards)

  • Show ability to apply knowledge and expertise in a range of client scenarios, focusing on high quality even in high pressured, time critical situations
  • Demonstrate excellent facilitation and communication skills with the ability to build client and internal networks based on credibility and trust
  • Have high-quality research, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Be fluent in French and English (knowledge of German being considered an asset)
  • Be internationally mobile
