We are seeking for a highly motivated, talented, and committed HR professional to join our dynamic HR Team as an :

Your mission :

You will be fully in charge of the recruitment of German speaking candidates for the whole firm.

You will act as a partner to your internal clients by sourcing (through job boards, social media, professional networking, strengthening school contacts in Germany ), attracting and recruiting all levels' candidates.

Among your responsibilities, you will :

  • source the best candidates using different channels,
  • write job descriptions,
  • screen applications,
  • perform phone and face-to-face interviews and qualify candidates,
  • debrief interviews with Top Management,
  • present job offers to candidates,
  • deliver Welcome Days,
  • represent the firm during job fairs,
  • enhance and develop our partnerships with German universities.
  • You will get the chance to demonstrate your creativity and innovative mindset by participating in a variety of HR projects.

    You will also work on external recruitment's assignments.

    Your profile :

  • You have at least 4 years of experience in a similar position
  • You have already developed a strong network with German universities and schools
  • You have an excellent command of sourcing tools (Xing, LinkedIn )
  • You are used to interacting with a team while autonomously working on many different projects at once
  • You are known for your integrity and respect of confidentiality
  • You are an excellent communicator, able to listen to and anticipate your clients' needs, delivering an exceptional quality of service
  • You know how to manage stressful situations and prioritize your tasks, paying attention to the important details
  • You master all standard office software and are comfortable working with numbers
  • Excellent command of German, French and English. Your communication and presentation skills allow you to be at ease in any situation.
