Temporary - ( Senior) Coordinator, Communications & PR ( 3 months)
Luxembourg - Betzdorf
You will be hired on a fixed-term basis to support the Communications team which is experiencing an increase in workload.
You will become an integral part of our communications team and will assist the Corporate PR Manager, in developing and executing a successful public relations strategy, including event coordination.
Overall, you will be responsible for assisting with the creation and implementation of public relations initiatives.
Support key SES press office functions, in particular News Monitoring, press clippings, media analysis, translation processes
Produce content (briefing documents, presentations, company publications, company blog, audiovisual and newsroom)
Support diplomatic and VIP Betzdorf visitor programs in creation of presentations, briefing notes
Support production and update of content and presentation of SES in online / social media (website, Twitter, LinkedIn, Wikipedia)
Maintain the SES Wording Convention
If possible, overlook and proofread translations into French
Fluency in English; Other languages are considered an asset
Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes)
Experience in Marketing / Marcoms / Comms required.
Experience in event logistics and agency management required.
Journalistic / editorial know-how would be ideal.
Excellent English skills, ideally also French.
Excellent organisation and co-ordination skills
Good interpersonal relations and communication skills
Ability to set priorities and to work under tight deadlines
Ability to manage high work pressure efficiently and effectively
Ability to work autonomously
