Job Details & Key Attributes Within the ArcelorMittal Flat Europe Central Sales & Marketing organisation, the ideal candidate will be part of the Commercial Steering & Analytics team and will support the existing pricing process, making sure the required validations are in place.

This function is important in order to give management the necessary steering-tools on price-instructions and clearly demonstrate where exceptions are occurring, and to follow-

up these cases and report them.Accuracy & reliability of the reports is crucial, as they often serve as support for taking important decisions with financial repercussions.

Part of the function is also to support different departments, especially the sales agencies.The follow-up of Sox-rules is important, as it is linked to financial risks of the company.

Responsabilities : 1. Analysis and validation / rejection of SAP contracts, in relation to price-instructions2. Follow-up of deviation emails : analysis of the pdf mail-

inbox, followed by input in Excel3. Sox reports : Heavy Plates a posteriori check.4. Manual input of the price guidelines and upload in SAP (1 x per month)5.

Support to the agencies by giving extra explanation aon all updates and by clarifying the correct interpretation of the distinct procedures6.

Reporting KPI : Hanging contracts + Throughput-times / hanging contracts follow-up in collaboration with agency7. Monthly report on deselected retrobilling8.

Support regular audit on price-instructions - Sox reporting HP price guidelines upload

Minimum Applicant Attribute

Education / Qualification : Bachelor

Subject : Accounting, Controlling, Finance Language and Proficiency Level : English Advanced

Other Minimum Requirements : Demonstrated Competencies to be Successful in the Position : - Precision and attention to details-

Autonomy and sense of responsability- Ability to work in an international environment, managing a network of contacts in agencies accross Europe

Other Minimum Requirements : - Experience using SAP, especially in contract / order management- Proficiency in Microsoft Office-

Excellent organisation and communication skills- Must be detail oriented, take ownership of work quality, and display an outstanding work ethic-

Ability to work independently with limited supervision, be available and flexible- Be able to work under pressure, and be a good team player-

Must have the ability and desire to meet required timelines
