Job Purpose :

  • Coordinate the communication between our outsourced service providers and our internal business units
  • Ensure a robust, efficient operational model in relation to product change is in place to mitigate risk while providing a positive client experience
  • Key Accountabilities :

  • Support the Head of Operations for Luxembourg liaise with internal departments as a point of expertise / escalation
  • Lead the oversight on the Shareholder tax production (Austrian, Belgian, Swiss, UK etc.)
  • In relation to product change :

  • Act as leader of the team overseeing the quality of service provided by our outsourced partners
  • Perform and enhance where required the internal processes, controls and procedures as well as ensure SLAs with outsourced service providers are reviewed regularly and are up to date to meet our on-
  • going business and regulatory needs

  • Contribute and attend Board meetings and internal committees as required
  • Contribute and partake in the implementation of new products and or projects related to the business with our outsourced service providers
  • Contribute and lead service review meetings, monitor the quality of service delivered by our outsourced service providers to maintain high standards
  • Role Requirements :

    Education / Qualifications

  • University degree
  • Any additional degrees, qualifications or certifications are a plus
  • Experience

  • 5-7 years in the asset management industry (management company, fund administrator, audit firm etc.)
  • Experience in dealing with outsourced service providers within a management company is a plus
  • Knowledge and Skills

  • Knowledge of the Luxembourg financial industry and products with some emphasis in derivative products in a UCITS environment
  • An understanding of the operations of an asset management company
  • Ability to obtain and expand knowledge of operations, developing the requried technical skills / expertise
  • Ability to identify risk, reflex to escalate and get support when necessary to bring to a safe conclusion
  • Competencies

  • Ability to monitor and maintain the performance of our outsourced service providers
  • Language

  • English, French is a plus
