For our HQ in Luxemburg we are seeking a Junior Brand Manager for the Travel Market department's Nutella & Tablets Marketing team.
The aim of the role is to :
Support the implementation of Marketing strategy for the related Brand;
Perform Brand management activities coordinated by the Brand Manager;
Monitor all activities and suggests adjustments of the plan;
Guarantee the operative aspects of Innovation pipeline, involving all internal and external stakeholders.
Main Tasks : MARKETING STRATEGIC PLANNING
MARKETING STRATEGIC PLANNING
Analyses and builds a specific expertise on the long-term brand performance, competitors, trends and consumer understanding etc.;
Provides input to the definition of the strategy included portfolio strategy;
Provides inputs to the strategic plan (PS) and budget to achieve optimal setting of specific targets with respect to volumes, P&L, investments and the global activity plan.
Suggests / evaluates existing and new SKU’s relevance within the set marketing strategy;
Provides local perspective in process of defining appropriate list prices / price increases;
Coordinates the local input to the processes of creating new / changing existing SKUs, i.e. PDP processes, artworks and documentation management (RDP processes).
BUSINESS FOLLOW UP
Sales / Consumer KPI monitoring and follow-up, e.g. monthly / regular analysis of market / panel data and proposal of the so what / action plan;
MARKETING INNOVATION / RENOVATION
Provides support the coordination of the development of a proposal, implementation plan and project follow-up (projects defined and approved);
Proposes packaging modification (CU), flavor management suggestions, product range strategy;
Proposes packaging modification (TU - excl. TU di base).
Oversees promotions’ follow up and effectiveness analysis through the elaboration of available data (e.g. impacts on sales, distribution, market penetration, etc.)
Master's Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing or related fields;
Ideally 2 years of experience in a Marketing area or field;
Writing and implementation of Business and Marketing Project Plans;
Data processing and analysis;
Ability to develop and maintain relationships across all levels within the stakeholders inside the organization in order to generate business opportunities.
IT Skills :
Proficiency in Microsoft Office skills;
Knowledge of SAP ERP (as a user) will be considered a plus.
Languages : Fluency in English;
Fluency in English;
Italian and French will be considered a plus.
