Our Consulting department is growing and we are looking for people who are eager to work in a dynamic and rewarding environment.
As an HR Reward Consultant (m / f), you will :
Align the client reward strategies with business objectives to create value for shareholders;
Make the client reward plans efficient regarding accurate European regulation (CRD IV, UCITS V, AIFMD);
Help on the design and implementation of the most appropriate global reward programs, mixing monetary and non-monetary rewards;
Design financial performance measurement and target-setting systems to support these compensation programs;
Evaluate and classify job functions (job grading);
Audit HR processes and practices;
Develop remuneration benchmark survey at national and international level.
You hold a Master's degree required in economics, applied Sciences and / or Human Resources;
You have a relevant work experience (at least 1 year) in compensation & benefits, tax, pension or payroll;
You have a perfect command of English , French (both written and oral) is an asset;
You have strong analytical, computer and communication skills;
You are able to work with figures and legal texts;
You can work both independently and in a team on multiple projects.
