Applicants with professional experience
University degree in Computer Science
Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT process and strategy consulting with strong presentation skills
Good expertise in SAP project management and template rollout with focus on SAP CRM Service ITIL, SAP Portal and Installed Base
Extensive knowledge of Network Technologies with a strong understanding of highly technical software solutions
Good knowledge of Deutsche Börse Groups' trading and clearing applications and its underlying interface technologies (e.g. FIX, FpML)
Broad industry experience in high tech and the financial sector
Knowledge in SharePoint, VBA, Access, MySQL, ODBC is a plus
Highly motivated, organized individual who is able to work effectively with minimal supervision
Excellent Outlook and Microsoft Office skills
Fluency in English both verbal and written is a must. Knowledge of German constitutes a strong asset.
Your tasks and responsibilities
Act as specialist and central point of contact for all ITIL and Network driven processes implemented in SAP CRM
Participate in major IT projects with impact on the trading infrastructure and its underlying network infrastructure
Execute tool and process related training within Deutsche Börse Group and act as mentor for other team members
Proactive development of future IT solutions within the area of 'IT Infrastructure' combining ITIL-, Network- and SAP knowledge.
Initiate workshops, elaborate SAP CRM requirements, prove specifications and execute its project management.
Governance of request & configuration and processes
Follow a template driven approach to standardize functional and technical requirements within SAP
Configure and maintain network components in SAP CRM IBase including network address management
Continuous quality assurance for all underlying processes
